You are probably wondering how my coaching sessions work and what to expect. I follow a process: listen and assess (level of commitment), tailor your challenges to fit your life (expectations and accountability) and then we check in and review (alignment to goals). The outcome will be change. I promise if you follow my coaching techniques you will make positive changes toward living your healthier life, in one or all four domains

Listen and Assess: We discuss where you are at with your stress, sleep, nutrition, exercise, time, and other areas of your life and environment. We also discuss your why – the reason you reached out to me to coach you on this journey.

Challenges

From our discussion we assign you challenges, or changes; they can be in just one domain or across all four. The challenge(s) will be achievable because that’s important, and we will discuss the psychology around that. The challenge needs to meet your expectations but must provide you with a sense of accomplishment and I check in on your accountability.

Review

At the weekly catch up you tell me how you found your challenges, during that past week. We dig into the nitty gritty here, where you felt more aligned with your initial reason why and set, or even reset your next challenge(s)

My healthier life journey is not finished, because I want to be my best for you. I am continually learning, researching reaching out to peers and experts in this space and attending coaching and training so that I can pass my experiences and knowledge to you.

My goal is to provide you with the best possibly coaching experience.

These are individualised coaching sessions where we dig down and set out further challenges, behaviours or habits to keep your growth from either the 4 week ‘Changes’ or the 8 week ‘Habits’ programs compounding.

The intention of these coaching sessions is to instil the changes and/or habits that you have already achieved, not to just maintain, but to further develop your healthier lifestyle.
